The H-MD-8OWDM-284-298 is a 8ch O-Band DWDM Mux/DeMux. The eight wavelength ports of the H-MD-8OWDM-284-289 covers eight O-Band DWDM channels spaced with 200Ghz; 228.4, 228.6, 228.8, 229.0, 229.2, 229.4, 229.6, 229.8THz.
The H-MD-8OWDM-284-298 filters have a Monitor port that tap off 1% of the transmitted and received line signal. This provides the ability to monitor the channel power levels via a connected Optical Channel Monitoring (OCM) device or an optical spectrum analyzer.
The filter is intended to operate with the 100GbE O-Band QSFP28 transceivers: TQ2026-OxxC-SO. The H-MD-8OWDM-284-298 is to be fitted in the H-Series 1RU chassis H-CHASSI-1RU.
The H-Series supports the industrial temperature range of -40C to +85C (-40°F to +185°F) which gives an extended application range into sites without temperature control. The H-Series filters are mounted in a 1 RU mounting bracket solution, and the filter module sizes vary depending on type of filter.
